Creating a Scholarship for E.L.S.A. Foundation, promoting Tejano Music to our children who are our FUTURE.

The scholarship will be available to: a graduating Sr. from High School and is accepted to a college with a desired degree, in Fine Arts- Music. Scholarship will be available to a child or grandchild of a Tejano Artist in Texas.
